		<description><![CDATA[Nora ate solid food for the first time yesterday.  Apart from the beginning where she grabs the bowl (like it&#8217;s a cup of water) and tries to drink it I think this went pretty darn well.  MP4 version is much clearer but the youtube version should download faster.
