We’ve recently discovered Hanna Andersson which looks exactly like what would happen if Nora’s sartorial dreams and an upscale IKEA where crashed into each other and Dr. Seuss illustrated the event. Every dress is Nora’s dream dress. Every bathing suit is one she’s wanted for her entire life!. Every hat is the sun hat she’d actually leave on her head, no really, she would, honest!

Nora got her third professional haircut today (and only her fourth haircut ever) at a place that specializes in haircuts for kids. The place had computers next to each station to show the kids videos, brightly colored everything, toys for sale, a cool fishie apron to keep hairs off clothes, etc. We think they did a great job on the cut, but the glitter is a bit much and we’re all just about ill from the cotton candy hairspray(?!) they added to her head at the end.

Nora loves baths. She loves them so much, in fact, that we’ve signed her up for “sing and splash” swimming lessons. As you can see, she’s already got the splash part down:
No word yet on whether she’ll be able to bring her duckies in the big pool.
it’s official, hang the quarantine sign. we are now *all* sick (again). in times like these it’s important to fall back on the little things that make us happy — and if those things also help clear out our noses and keep us clean then how could we go wrong?
Nora just *loves* her hygiene. Actually, she can do without the water and the bathtub and the soap and the scrubbing and the q-tips and the drying and the cuddling and the portable heater. She just really, really likes to not have any clothes on.
