I want to ride my bicycle

When Anna, Raomir, and Salomé went to Bolivia to do fieldwork this year they loaned us their excellent Schwinn joyrider trailer. Nora and I took it out for a quick spin today and apart from a glaring need for sun protection, it seems perfect. She really seemed to enjoy it and I managed to get to the top of the hill at Barton and Traver without falling over sideways. Yay, us!

I look forward to many, many hours of playing in traffic with the baby.

    Nora looks like she is not to sure about this new riding thing. Dad, where are you taking me now?

    she liked the breeze while we were actually riding — so much so that she was singing. I’m not sure she loved getting mud all over her when I took her up the muddy hill on Longshore, though.

    Hey can I hook that up to my Motorcycle???? I think she would like it. I’ll get her a little leather jacket and everything?
