baby swings!

We took Nora to one of the parks across the street after work tonight. She and another baby (a comparatively wizened 8 month old) played on the baby swings which, as you can see in the photo, she vehemently did not hate. Later we slid on the slide, bounced on the bouncy thing that’s like a teeter totter, filled our shoes with sand, climbed a fence wall thing, and went for a long walk in the stroller. Good fun. Fun baby!
Note: both bottom teeth are clearly visible in this picture. :)

It looks as if Daddy is having just as much fun as Baby!!!!

I would be, too, if it weren’t for that slide! The stinking non-conductive plastic it’s made out of turns the rider’s bum into an electrostatic dynamo. When did they start making slides out of plastic?! Does this mean I have to find conductive pants to send Nora to the playground in to inhibit the build-up of the electrostatic charge?
It’s either that or keep the slide wet all the time… :)
