For some reason, people think she’s a boy in this outfit. I honestly don’t get it.

It’s the baldness. My mom dressed me in pink all the time, and at age 2, people still thought I was a boy. The no-hair thing throws people off. Maybe consider a baby wig?
Even with Maggie dressed head to toe in pink (and with bows in her hair, because she was born with a head full) people still asked me if she was a boy or a girl. You can put her in flowers, ribbons, lace, ruffles, and a big sign that says “Princess in Training” - people will still ask. When Jonah was a baby - and there was no pink in sight - people would ask if he was a girl. Trucks, dinosaurs - no ruffles or lace in sight - they would still wonder. Personally, I think it’s the blue eyes. But I don’t have a non-blue-eyed kid to test the theory….
Purple does rock, indeed. The crazy person I am, I’d put a boy or a girl in an outfit just like Nora’s wearing - in fact, I’d dress any baby in whatever I had around, since really… who cares… (free clothing = the best thing going)
