giraffe blanky

We’ve unintentionally gotten the poor kid on a giraffe theme (much like my Garfield debacle of the late ’80s). Her current giraffe inventory includes: a swaddling blanket, stretch (the world’s awesomest infant toy), her pack ‘n play, a jumper, a cuddle toy that plays lullabies, reginald the 5 foot tall giraffe!, bed sheets, a rug, wall art, and the small, cuddly blanket shown here. This blanket happens also to be the first toy-like object Nora has engaged with in any way (albeit in a vain attempt to get milk from its nose).

she’s tried, actually. I told her I’d consider steroid therapy if she’d promise to sleep at night and be awake during the day.

It sounds like Nora is on the same schedule as her cousins, Brien (age 21) and Beth (age 20). Awake all night and sleep all day.

I love this photo - it’s my fave so far. Can’t decide if it’s the arm over the giraffe or the sweet, content look on Nora’s face - probably the combination! Give her a little snuggle from me.

Hi, my son (10 months) has a giraffe blanky like the one your cute Nora has. I was searching on the internet for a replacement and came across this photo. Our giraffe was a gift and the one my son currently has is on its last leg. Could you tell me who or where you bought your blanky?

Nora’s blanky was a gift, but I’ve been able to find it online. The blanky is a chenille giraffe security blanket made by “Angel Dear” which seems to be a division of a company called “funbath”. He’s the top hit for “giraffe blanket” on amazon.
