You can stop guessing, she’s here! Nora Evelyn McGowan was born Monday, 11/26/2007 at 8:41am. She weighed 6lbs 1.5oz and was 19 1/4 inches long. Mom had been in labor since about 10:30 Friday evening and, despite that, we only made it into the delivery room 18 minutes before she was born. It’s a long story (and we’ll write about it here eventually). :)

Nora is a doll! I am *so* happy for all of you. All I can think of to say is, “Fine reproduction!”
(I hope you still have the flannel baby blanket with the yellow duckies I made for you when were still at Argus.)

Well, at least you made it to the hospital- you know my story, Jen! Oh so happy for all of you, and thankful that Nora (and a very nice name, to boot!) is here healthy. As I said to Kevin in response to the “She’s here!” E-mail, let me know if you need stuff cleaned at home, or if you’d like a nice home-cooked meal and dessert. Peace out- laundry calls!

Congratulations!!! I’m so glad you’re finally here Miss Nora! I LOVE your name and can’t wait to meet you! Maybe I can in December when I travel to Ohio for Chrismas. Jen and Kevin - you are going to be fantastic parents!!! I can’t wait to take Nora on “It’s a Small World” next June!!!! Love to all!
